BETH EAGEN
MSW, Owner

For 25 years, Beth has been a leader in healthcare and aging, serving seniors across King County with a mission of supporting families in maintaining the fullest possible quality of life for their loved one, while honoring their dignity and choice. During her career, Beth has developed adult day, housing, and health services that include supportive memory care, rehabilitation, and life enrichment.

Her core capabilities include extensive training in the aging process and experience working with seniors experiencing memory loss, brain injury, and other complex health issues. She’s managed multiple teams of compassionate nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and caregivers, all with a focus on supporting older adults and their families. 

Beth believes a creative, collaborative, and team approach to care management is the most effective and beneficial.  She works closely with an individual’s medical team or can assemble a team of providers and services.  She is sensitive to the strong desire to maintain independence and self-sufficiency yet balanced with safety and care. She has the skills and experience to help navigate health and emotional changes that seniors may be facing. 

The development of Eagen and Associates is a dream come true as Beth is able to take her many years of experience and passion to create very individualized care management services that are holistic, client/family centered that address one’s social/emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

Away from work, Beth enjoys spending time with Dan, her spouse, her three daughters, and Sasha (Fierce), her rescue French Bulldog.

HEATHER McCLURE COLEMAN
MSW (Community Outreach and Marketing):

Heather has been working with older adults and families since 1997 after graduating from Washington University Social of Social Work with Specialization in Geriatrics.  Heather’s experience includes working for nine years for Full Life Care as Assistant Director of Clinical Services.  In this role, she oversaw two adult day health programs, memory care and residential programs, and developed licensed home care services.  Heather has also worked for Evergreen Hospice as a Hospice Social Worker.   When not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her family which includes two active sons, she is an ordained Elder with her church, and also volunteers as an art teacher.


JAMES KINSKEY
LICSW Consulting Family Therapist:

James is Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to families, adults, and children. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Social Work Master's program in 1995. He also completed an intensive Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychodynamic Theory & Practice. He recently appeared on the King 5 program “New Day Northwest” to discuss coping with grief and loss during the holidays. 

Before entering private practice, James worked in social services with frail seniors, developmentally disabled adults, and homeless adults.  James is a member of the Washington State Society of Clinical Social Workers and the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study. He can be reached directly at 206-349-7225 or learn more about him at JamesKinskey.com.
